It all depends on what type of egg. We will advise you of the correct instructions based on the egg(s) being returned.

For eggs requiring physical returns, we ask that eggs be returned within 30 days delivery date. If the delivery date is unavailable, then the return window starts on the egg's fulfillment date plus a buffer for transit time. Some eggs may require that they be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

For eggs not requiring physical returns, we ask that you enjoy them in some way if you can, give them to someone who can, or dispose of them.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days from when we well receive the egg(s).

We always hope that each egg is well received by you. If there are broken eggs or wrong eggs, please contact us, and we will gladly, if possible, either replace (from the same batch or batch equivalents) or refund you based on the return policy for that particular egg.

With replacements, we hope to give you a replacement egg from the same batch you purchased from. However, due to the nature of our batches being made in limited quantities, a particular batch may have sold out. If that it is the case, we will give you a choice if you want a refund or if you want a replacement from another batch of the same scent (if available).

If you wish to cancel your order and it is prior to shipment, then we will accept your order cancellation.

If it is after your order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel it, but you may request a return or refund. Please refer to "How do I return an egg?" for further instructions.

If the package gets lost, please contact us and we will do our best to either replace or refund your egg(s).
